March 25 Sara's Blog Wow, it seems like I haven't posted a blog in the longest time. My Spring break just recently ended and between school and work everything has just been so difficult. Working doesn't help (other than the fact that I make some money) with my eating because I work in a grocery store with other unhealthy people who snack on junk food all day. The free samples and new items also hurt my diet. School has been stressful lately. I haven't had a whole lot of time to do the work and writing papers until 2 a.m. most certainly doesn't do the body any good. I can't say the last time I actually kept count of every calorie. I just need to act like I'm starting over, a fresh start, though this time I won't wait until I gain all of my weight back Hopefully tomorrow will be better. I'm starting a fitness class at the school so at least one positive thing is beginning once again. March 18 Sara's Blog So I've been on Spring break these last couple of days and things are horrible. I haven't kept track of anything I've eaten and I've just been lazy. I don't think that tomorrow's weigh in is going to be good. I'm starting the usual - getting off track and never returning to the energetic, healthier me. And I most certainly don't want to do that, but how can I stop. It's like I'm bored with everything and I don't feel like doing anything. I would like to start fixing my meals for an entire week, but it seems like a lot of time and planning. I guess I should give it a try. At least I won't be mindlessly eating. March 14 Sara's Blog So I haven't posted anything in the past few days. I've been pretty busy and way off track with my eating and everything. I did go for like an hour and a half walk today with a friend so I guess that was pretty good. I need to clean my room. I know it sounds weird, but it seems like when my room is clean and tidy then my diet is the same way. I'm organized and on track. March 12 Sara's Blog I didn't do so well this week. I gained .4 lbs. I was doing pretty well up until Monday and Tuesday, then things started going off track. Today I exercised for 30 minutes which is good. I should have done more, but I've just been so tired these last couple of days. March 10 Sara's Blog It seems like I haven't posted anything in forever. This week has gone pretty well. I managed to get through the weekend with pretty good calorie counts, but today wasn't so great. I ate anything I wanted and I didn't keep track of it. I've been so busy with school and work that it doesn't seem like I have a whole lot of time to get on here, which isn't the best because this site keeps me organized and on track. I still think that I stay on track the most when my room is nice and tidy. lol...don't ask why. We would like to thank everyone for visiting our site and we hope that you get some inspiration from it!
